We are located directly on Walking Street, Pattaya’s most famous nightlife area.

This means:

It also means that there is noise from nightlife during late evening and night hours.

 

Views

None of our rooms have sea view.

  • Superior Room Front and Standard Room Front have views over Walking Street
  • All other rooms have no view
 
Facilities and limitations

We are a guesthouse / 1-star hotel / budget accommodation and do not offer:

  • Swimming pool
  • Elevator
  • Bell service
  • Restaurant
 

Most rooms are relatively small, although our superior rooms are larger. The stairs are relatively steep and narrow. If you have difficulties climbing stairs or carrying luggage, we might not be the ideal place for you.

 

Food and dining

We do not serve food and breakfast is not included.

There are many restaurants nearby, and several delivery apps are available if you want to order food.

 

Noise and environment

Walking Street is a busy nightlife area.

During the day and early evening the area is relatively calm, but at night there is noise from bars and clubs, typically until late.

Our rooms are best suited for guests who are comfortable staying in an active nightlife environment.

 

Age policy

Because Walking Street is a party area, our minimum guest age is 18.

This applies to all guests, including those accompanied by parents or older relatives, and is not negotiable.

  • Check-out: until 11:00

 

Early check-in from 10:00 is free but subject to availability and depends on when previous guests check out.

If you arrive early and your room is not ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.

If you want guaranteed early access before 15:00, you need to book the room for the previous night.

Late check-in is always available as our reception is open 24 hours.

Late check-out is not possible.

 

Guests and visitors

  • If you are staying alone, you are welcome to bring guests at no extra charge
  • If two guests are already staying in the room, additional guests are charged 200 baht per person per night
